I had a 7:40 am appointment and was told I would be good to go by 10:00 am. I enquired at front desk at 10 am as to the status of my car and she said she would give my service advisor a notification that to go by 10:00 am. I enquired at front desk at 10 am as to the status of my car and she said she would give my service advisor a notification that I wanted an update on my vehicle. Never heard from him. I enquired again at around 12 noon. This time I spoke with my actual advisor. He checked on it and said they are still working on it. I finally got out of there at around 2 pm. How did a software download end up taking 6 hours? Your service department needs to keep in mind that communication is the key to customer retention. This was not a great customer experience. No five stars on this one. More
