Our first sales person even showed us an option we hadn’t been considering that we feel in love with too and quickly added to our list. Wouldn’t change anything about our experience. Highly recommend this location, as the service was top notch, place was clean and we really appreciated that they had cars inside for us to explore / see and be out of the heat. Especially since we were shopping with our newborn. More

I have never felt more disrespected, belittled and treated with disregard in my entire life. My car was at the service department for 2 weeks. When I went to pick it up, I found it had been left outsi treated with disregard in my entire life. My car was at the service department for 2 weeks. When I went to pick it up, I found it had been left outside in the parking lot, with all four windows down, when there had been raining and dust storms all week. Who knows how long it had been left like that, completely unsecured and open to the elements. The service guy (John) said, well there it is and walked away. I was shocked, defeated and furious. It was blatantly obvious that rain dirt and dust storm debris were all over the inside of my car. I talked to another service agent who was significantly more professional and tried to offer support and did have my car washed. I did not have time to complete the free detail that he offered at the time. This was the tip of the iceberg. My car was not even repaired. Hyundai will not honor their warranty due to not enough "Carfax" records for service and oil changes. For a large portion of the time I have had this car, I have lived in a small rural community 135 miles from the next city. My family members or small private auto shops have completed the majority of the maintenance. I purchased my car brand new at this location in 2018. This is the fourth and last Hyundai that my immediate family will purchase, especially from Autonation Hyundai, in Tempe. More

Finance started out well,but has since failed to communicate with me regarding an issue with financing. They made an error on my paperwork and are dragging their feet in communicating a resolution. Service is horrible.... my vehicle had scratches that needed to be fixed. Service has forbover 2 weeks. Failed to contact me or return calls concerning scheduling repairs. Absolutely unsatisfactory. Buyer beware customer service beyond sales. Sales was outstanding ! More
