Thank you. I will be doing that, and more. Now on my second vehicle from your dealership. I returned the first lemon (see above) and paid more for a second vehicle. After 60 miles of driving, this vehicle had the tire sensor light and traction control lights come on. It has been at the local Chrysler AN for service for 10 days. They found 3 issues due to poor repair previously done. This was surprising, as I was told it passed your 150 point inspection, and was driven extensively by your sales staff without issue. The time waiting for repair has been extremely inconvenient. Apparently your dealership, Tempe Hyundai AN, will not accept responsibility for the repairs. I am being told that you are waiting for the warranty to cover the issues instead of handling things in-house. To intensify the problem, the warranty was not activated at the time of purchase (cash) is the excus...er, reason given. This is not my problem, and it does not make sense to me why repairs have been delayed. The run around I have gone through is an unacceptable way to treat customers. A reliable vehicle is all I wanted. It was a mistake going to AN. I highly suggest if you are searching for a quality used vehicle, you should search elsewhere!
