We left several messages and sent several emails to your General Managers. He did not respond. Obviously he did not want our business. My son did purchase a 2014 Honda Civic yesterday at Chapman Hyundai on Bell Road. They financed him alone at 15%. So I recommend any one looking for transpareny and customer service go there and Zach our sales person was awesome!
