I waited 2 hours for an oil change and saw my car sitting ready for over 45 mins. The individual I worked with talked to me as if I was a kid. I brought my car in the night before my apt at 840am. AutoNation Hyundai Tempe is a pretty good dealership, despite a previous negative experience. I recently went back after about a year and the service drive and Department totally wer revamped. New service advisors that were welcoming made for a positive restart. I'm going to continue taking in my Veloster to AutoNation Hyundai Tempe until they xxxx me off again. For now my revisit was positive advisors were welcoming and attentive. I was impressed with the improved service department. My car was totaled and I was dreading the car buying process. We were greeted so kindly by Robert and he was extremely nice and not pushy at all. Just a great guy. When we came back a few days later to process. We were greeted so kindly by Robert and he was extremely nice and not pushy at all. Just a great guy. When we came back a few days later to talk numbers, Robert was so popular, we ended up working with Josh. Who was also just absolutely amazing. So genuine and professional. Both of them made me feel comfortable and cared for, which I did not have an experience like this anywhere else. I also enjoyed working with Bri, the CFM. I really can’t say enough great things about everyone at this dealership. I will be bragging about them to everyone I can! Oh- and I’m absolutely in love with my new car!!!!!! More
I contacted Robert about a Used Nissan Sentra and made an appt to come in. We were up front that my son was 18 with no credit. He has a verifiable 2 year job and good income. We stated that we could put 3K appt to come in. We were up front that my son was 18 with no credit. He has a verifiable 2 year job and good income. We stated that we could put 3K down on a vehicle you listed for $8998 which actually wholesales for around $5k per your own sales manager. The first offer came out with 4K warranty and gap and a bunch of other fees added to the sales price. I immediately ask to have the warranty and gap removed and was asked why. I said because I don't want it. The sales manager (did catch his name) was just very upset over recouping a fee the bank wanted to charge to do the loan. Finally he went to see what he could do. Someone else came back and the warranty was removed but the Gap was still there for $1100. I was told I could not do the loan without it. I said that you could not force me to buy Gap. He said he needed to make up the money you were paying for the bank fee. I told him Gap was an optional product and he told me that if I didn't buy the Gap he wouldn't sell me the car. So we left. BIG MISTAKE. Gap insurance is an optional product. You cannot force someone to buy optional products. I will be sure to let everyone know these practices. In addition, not once did they ask if I wanted to co - sign or look at any other options. I am more than capable of buying any car on that lot. I wanted my son to be able to finance his own car. Who made any money tonight while y'all were getting greedy? No one. And especially not Robert who did nothing wrong. He was great. He immediately responded to my initial request for info and texted me throughout the day. Good job Robert. The rest of the staff needs some training in ethics and customer service. More
