Made appointment weeks in advance, for Rough Idle and recall update on 2013 Santa Fe Sport Upon arrival, advisor told me they could only do the recall and routine repair work was two days out. It would have been nice to know this prior to booking the appointment! I returned to pick up the car around 3;45 pm and waited in the office for around 5-10 minutes and not one of the advisors approached or spoke to me. When I finally tracked an advisor down, he said I would have to wait for Jake. Another 5-10 minutes passes and I asked them to find Jake. He said he would text him and his phone was on his desk. I have never witnessed the battle of who could care less, until now. Communication was awful. I felt like another number. This is my second Hyundai and I never felt this way with the other one. You have a problem here folks. More
