Needed some warranty and non-warranty work done on the care. Worked with Casey in getting all of it done. This is my 2nd car bought from Hyundai Of Tempe. My experience with the first especially the service department is why I came back. I was very pleased with my visit. All the problems with my car were fix by the end of the day. It turned out that all the repairs were covered by my warranty. The service is very personal. Dave always either remembers me or looks me up in the computer before I get there so I feel very welcome and like a friend is helping me. He goes out of his way. The service department is great. The very first time I had to use roadside assistance and they were great too. Having my car towed the the dealer wasnt something that I thought would happen Wednesday mor had to use roadside assistance and they were great too. Having my car towed the the dealer wasnt something that I thought would happen Wednesday morning on my way to the dealership. Called roadside and I had a truck to me within 30 min. When I got to the dealer I met with David to tell him what was going on. He assured me that everything was fine and that he would take care of me. He even called to give me an update on my car as he knew I was worried. Keep up the fantastic job however I hope not to see you guys for awhile =) More
