Jake was my service provider that was not only patient when I asked a million questions to get more knowledge of taking better care of my car but went the extra mile to help me fix my hazard light that ke when I asked a million questions to get more knowledge of taking better care of my car but went the extra mile to help me fix my hazard light that keeps t getting stuck. This was my first Visit to AutoNation Hyundai. I usually go to San Tan Hyundai. I couldn't have been more disappointed in my service advisor Jake Washatka. He flat out lied to me and was not frie I usually go to San Tan Hyundai. I couldn't have been more disappointed in my service advisor Jake Washatka. He flat out lied to me and was not friendly at all, to where I will never go back to AutoNation Hyundai. He wasn't rude, but just not friendly which is his job, and there is never a reason to lie. The lie he told me, on my 2021 Palisade, the auto engine stop feature is not working and hasn't worked in over a year. I explained that to him. He later called/text and told me the feature worked just fine. He went on to say if had to meet a certain critiera and if all conditions were met, it would work. That makes sense to me. So, my reply was if it just worked for you, when I pick up my vehicle and change nothing, it should work for me. He back peddled his words but stuck with "it worked". Well, I picked my car up. I changed nothing. Guess what, the feature is not working! Why lie! On a better note. Of course, when I picked my car up Jake was not available which was probably for the best, because I was not happy with his demeanor or his xx lie. I picked up my car for Max (didn't get a last name). Max was great, he took the time to explain things that made sense instead of basically blowing me off as Jake did. I paid a lot of money for that car and all I want is for what I paid for to work. Not impressed with Autonation. Well, I am with Max, but no one else. More
This was our third car from them and sooner than expected as someone rear-ended my car. Ted our sales rep showed us options via e mail ahead if time while I waited for the insurance settlement and when I cam as someone rear-ended my car. Ted our sales rep showed us options via e mail ahead if time while I waited for the insurance settlement and when I came in it was an easy and no-pressure visit. We looked at various models and was able to get one we had wanted and the paperwork process was efficient and we were clearly explained all the options. More
