As always, I had a great experience yesterday in your service department. Casey had my car diagnosed and repaired within a reasonable amount of time and for a reasonable amount of money. The waiting room is now a much nicer environment to spend time in while waiting for service. I especially like the kids room and so did my son. :) I also appreciate how friendly everyone is in the service department. It is a pleasure walking through the doors and having everyone say hello, remember who we are, and take the time to ask how my family is. It is rare these days to have the chance to get to know staff at any business as the turnover is usually so high. This is one of the things that sets your service department apart from many businesses. Keep up the great work. More

My 2007 Santa Fe had to be serviced after developing a leak. The work was done under warranty and my vehicle was returned to me looking showroom fresh both inside and out and under the hood! I brought my car in immediately after I heard a "pop" sound. Tina came out and greeted me and took my information and my account of what had happened. She offered me a shuttle to work. Later in the day, she contacted me to tell me that she has a loaner vehicle for me to use while they were waiting for a backordered part; she also explained to me what exactly broke on my car. I came in the next day to pick up the loaner vehicle and was on my way within 15 minutes. The service was quick and professional. I had my car back by friday, which was sooner than what I was told; which made me happy to say the least. Thank you very much Hyundai and especially Tina for making the experience easy and friendly. From the moment I spoke with Ryan regarding needing urgent warrenty service on my Vera Cruz he was very accomodating, friendly and thorough. Had my 2009 Sonata in for it's 12000 mile maintanence service. David showed me around the new service area waiting room and made sure I was comfortable...also offered me the shuttle service if I needed service.
