I was very pleased with my visit. All the problems with my car were fix by the end of the day. It turned out that all the repairs were covered by my warranty. I have to say the service has vastly improved. In previous years I worked with a gentleman that made my experience there horrible. I am glad to see that he is no longer with the company. Hyundai of Tempe is the best Hyundai dealership in town. I originally had wanted to purchase my 2009 Sonata at the Tempe location but had to travel to the 24th Avenue and Camelback shop for the color and mo I originally had wanted to purchase my 2009 Sonata at the Tempe location but had to travel to the 24th Avenue and Camelback shop for the color and model I wanted at the time of purchase. Since I bought my car over 2 years ago, I've been using the Camelback dealership for service, repairs, etc because it is closer to work. However, Hyundai of Tempe is VERY close to home. Recently, I had been having problems with my vehicle en route to work. I pulled off the highway and pulled into Hyundai of Tempe..and I'm so glad I did. The staff was helpful, courteous, and accommodating when the issue was not first resolved. I didn't feel like I was given the run around and was confident with my service advisor. This is great news because since the Hyundai dealership in N Phoenix changed ownership to a Nick Mayer dealership I haven't been very satisfied with my service. I believe this experience has made it so that I will be a Hyundai of Tempe customer from now on. I know I will be in good hands if/when I have service needs in the future - or when I go to purchase a new Hyundai! More

Excellent service as always - took my car in for the 60,000 mile service, had everything checked out & price was lower than expected. Had some road damage to the body of our car that needed body shop w 60,000 mile service, had everything checked out & price was lower than expected. Had some road damage to the body of our car that needed body shop work and Casey had someone come in to take a look and give an estimate while the regular service was being done. This helped save me a lot of hassle because they were able to inform me the damage would be covered by insurance. Called the insurance company and found out they'll cover the body work and thanks to Casey, I have a reputable and reliable body shop referral to work with. Always speedy, professional and courteous service! I also really like the new waiting area! Wifi for customers is a HUGE plus as I always have things to work on for school. It's great that I can wait for the car to be repaired and still continue to work in such a comfortable environment. More
As always, I had a great experience yesterday in your service department. Casey had my car diagnosed and repaired within a reasonable amount of time and for a reasonable amount of money. The waiting room is now a much nicer environment to spend time in while waiting for service. I especially like the kids room and so did my son. :) I also appreciate how friendly everyone is in the service department. It is a pleasure walking through the doors and having everyone say hello, remember who we are, and take the time to ask how my family is. It is rare these days to have the chance to get to know staff at any business as the turnover is usually so high. This is one of the things that sets your service department apart from many businesses. Keep up the great work. More
