I originally went into the dealership to look at the new Hyundai Elantras and when I arrived James approached me with a welcoming smile. It was very cold and windy that evening and James was very patient ex Hyundai Elantras and when I arrived James approached me with a welcoming smile. It was very cold and windy that evening and James was very patient explaining the details of the vehicle. I had left the dealership with little doubt about purchasing that vehicle. As the days went by I contemplated purchasing several other vehicles and finally made the decision to purchase the Elantra. I tried to find James' card with little success and called the dealer to see if they could tell me who he was based on the description. The person who helped me said that they would be more than happy to take care of me as he was James' partner. I told him that I only wanted to work with James and I would wait for him to come in and left my number. I was surprised when James returned my call immediately even though he had not arrived to work yet. I set up an appointment to meet with him that afternoon and when we arrived he had the car already pulled up and ready for my inspection. Once we got through the paperwork and my extensive negotiations, I purchased the vehicle. Throughout the entire process James was very honest about the pricing and what to expect through every step. Once the sale was completed, James made sure to go through every aspect of the car to ensure I understood all of it's functionality.
