Though there is another Hyundai dealership right next to my workplace, I don't want to risk anything less than the superior service that I receive from Hyundai of Tempe. Donna always explains everything fully and accurately, manages expectations well, and provides updates while my car is being worked on. I can honestly say that I've never worked with an auto service advisor - anywhere - that I've liked more than Donna. I hope she stays as long as I have my Hyundai, because she is a pleasure to work with. Also, the atmosphere in the waiting area, fruit, coffee and bagels were a wonderful treat. Donna handled me the rest of the way and kept me informed as to what was happening with my car, and in the end what was done. Their service department is top notch, even when unexpected issues arise they go above and beyond to make sure Im comfortable with what happened, and keep me informed as to the status of my car. Ive bought two cars from this dealership, and I cannot see myself buying a car anywhere else except for hyundai of tempe. More

I went in just to look at cars while waiting for a chceck from my insurance company. Tony Colella was so helpful and nice that I asked how I could go ahead and buy then rather than wait for the check to com from my insurance company. He found the best car for me, not something he wanted to sell. I then went to see Alan Franck who helped me buy the car that day and found me a great interest rate on the portion to be financed. He went over everything thoroughly so I knew exactly what I was getting into. As past of the deal I wanted my windows tinted. Tony said that Dave would call in a couple of days to schedule an appointment. He did! I didn't have to follow up on my own. David kept me informed of the progress of the work being done and how much longer it would take. Everyone I came in contact with was very pleasant and friendly-not pushy. They were knowledgable and took care of business efficiently. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a new car or have service work done on an existing vehicle. More

Only 1 minor thing; I asked Ryan to have the mechanic lubricate the door on the front console since it creaks. I have been going to Dave for service and never feel like I'm getting the shaft. I traded my Nissan for my Hyundai and I have never been happier. When I would bring my Nissan in to the dealer ship they would always give me a laundry list of things I needed repairs on. It made me feel like Nissan must be a money pit of a car to drive.
