They were great about getting me in for warranty work. Appointment setter assured me I would either get a loaner car or a shuttle ride to work. They knew I lived and worked in Mesa. When I arrived I was assured they never give loaner cars and the shuttle only goes 5 miles, not the 25 miles to work. Phone people are not in AZ and made a promise they shouldn’t have. They need to have a better connection with the dealership. They did shuttle me after I became upset. I was in because the low tire sensor wouldn’t turn off when my tires were properly inflated at 36 PSI. When I picked my car up it was off but they over inflated my tires to 40 PSI. We’ll see what happens when I get it back to the correct PSI. More

We brought our Sonata in for an oil change and recall issues. It was very easy to make appt online and we dropped it the night before. Enrique sent when it was ready. Terrible service in the "Service" department! I made an appointment and had to have the car towed in. When it got there, they left me a message that without an appointment it woukd be 2-3 week I made an appointment and had to have the car towed in. When it got there, they left me a message that without an appointment it woukd be 2-3 weeks to look at it. I called 4 times, left messages, etc., but no one called me back. I got an email saying I missed my appointment. I finally talked to someone - not my service advisor. He only texts apparently. With an appointment it will be 2-3 days for them to look at it. What's the appointment for? Once he texted me, I was at least able to let him know it might just be the battery. Every time I have taken my car to this "sercice" center, I have had a similar problem.
