From the moment I drove in for service I was checked in immediately by Donna Anderson. She processed the paperwork in a quick and efficient manner. I had just settled in at the new customer service loung immediately by Donna Anderson. She processed the paperwork in a quick and efficient manner. I had just settled in at the new customer service lounge, when Donna approached to say the car was done! It had been serviced, washed and driven back from the service bays all in 23 minutes! It was fantastic! Donna was professional and friendly and I appreciate this type of service. Too bad more companies do not show this pride in their work. Keep up the excellent service. More

Smoking all the way home! And I had grease & oil on door & handle of drivers side! Got it on my leather set. I'm not to happy!!!! One more thing with tire psi I wanted 30 psi not 35 psi what the tech put in tires.There is nitrogen in the tires. I WOULD LIKE TO KEEP MY CAR CLEAN!!! LIKE WHEN I BOUGHT IT FROM YOU!!! More

This was my first time with John Pereyra, but it didn't make a difference. His warm greeting and professionalism made me feel that my car would be receiving the required service.
