I was greeted and checked in right on time. I was given a time for when my vehicle would be ready for pick up and told that I would be called if there was a change. I was also advised that if anything new showed up while my vehicle was being worked on that I would be called. Later that day I spoke to the service department and was told what was being done and a for sure time for pick up. As always, everyone I spoke to was courteous and what I like and appreciate most is that when it comes time to see the cashier there aren't any surprises. I also appreciate the coupons that I have access to online. However, what I appreciate the most is the feeling that the work done on my vehicle was done well and was necessary. I feel confident that I am driving away in a safe vehicle with work well done. Thank you. More
Service was excellent!!! I went to the Hyundai dealer at Chapman and was told they couldn't even change the oil because they had no filters. I went to Hyundai of Tempe and was treated like a "King". Casey helped in every way possible to make sure the work was completed. I always feel comfortable on leaving my problems with him and he will follow through. He was out one day sick while my car was being serviced and I was put on hold for 20 mins waiting for some one else to let me know what was going on with my car. Casey never has done that and always returns my calls ASAP. Since my car needed to be in the shop for 6 days he did all the arrangements for me to get a rental car so only thing I had to do is sign and pick up the car. Again NEVER a worry when he is around to make sure I am satisfied with my service. That's why when we are ready to purchase our new car I will return to Hyundai of Tempe because of the great service dept you have. Thank you Casey for all your help.
