I came in with my 2006 Hyundai Tucson and I needed service on my air conditioning my advisor had no idea what the status was on my vehicle after 4 hours of being there (me waiting) and so I asked for service on my air conditioning my advisor had no idea what the status was on my vehicle after 4 hours of being there (me waiting) and so I asked for a manager and then I met Dan Gardner he talked down to me like I was stupid with no idea that I am a retired military aircraft mechanic. I told him nevermind on the work to be performed and I just wanted to take my vehicle I asked the parts department for an oil filter to change my own oil and after waiting for about 10 minutes for anyone to help me, I was then told my filter wasn't available and I should just tell service to work on it. The parts helper I talked to was Gabe Ratliff who informed me that he was the parts manager. I will never return to Hyundai of Tempe I now take my Tucson to San Tan Hyundai who serve me well. More
Jim Linsey, our salesman, approached my wife and I in the parking lot, greeted us very politely. We told him what we wanted to see, he professionally explained all details of the car we wanted to test drive, parking lot, greeted us very politely. After sitting with Jim Linsey, he mentioned the deal Hyundia had on the Sonata's, he explained everything to my wife and I, we asked to test drive a Sonata. It was a white Sonata GLS w/popular pkg, and absolutely loved it. His patience during this time was valuable to us. I have much respect for Jim Linsey, the Hyundia dealership in Tempe, AZ, and the Hyundia corporation! They have made fantastic changes to their models. We met with the Finance Dept., K.C. was very polite and things went smoothly. Jim introduced us to the service dept mgr, again, each person I met with showed real class and professionism toward us. I will definately recommend this dealership to my friends, and people that have interest in our Hyundia. BTW, is was awesome watching the service man move other cars out of the way and drive our Sparkling Ruby 2012 Sonata GLS (pop pkg)out of the showroom floor!! The car was prep and a full tank of gas! I purchased a previously owned vehicle 2005 Elantra from Hyundai of Tempe Arizona. I bought a 2 year service contract and during the purchase the staff attended to my needs beautifully.
