Christphor came out right away and said hello to my mother in law my husband and I. We found the perfect car for my family needs. Over all it was a great expenice I would give that part of the staff a 5 star rating. But I came back a few days later to talk the deal over a little bit. When the finance manager Ike came out he raised his voice at me and was being extermely rude, disrectful, and mean. When I have not even talked to him yet. He just approached me then starting raising his voice. And because of that I got a full refund and will not be a returning customer at this dealer ship. No member at any place has ever been so unkind to me before. I could not believe that the entire staff including the rep that was helping me just let him be disrespectful to me being a young lady, and did not say a word besides "youll get a check for a refund have a nice day". Instead of working with me. I only went there a week ago to get my tuscon.. And I wish they would have filled me in. Instead of taking action of the sitution in a disorderly fashion. More
SSS&S-Supreme, Selfless, Service, and Sales AutoNation Hyundai Tempe is fantastic. We dealt with Mr. D. Lopez and he did more for us in one hour than a series of sales representatives at other dealerships had done in 12 hours. He brought out the car that met our specifications, presented a fair offer for our trade-in vehicle, and found every last "ounce of fat" in the price so that we were able to purchase exactly what we had in mind at a reasonable price. He was respectful, helpful, generous with advice, thoughtful, thorough, and instilled a sense of confidence in the deal we were negotiating. This was an ideal business relationship; he should be giving seminars to other auto dealers in how to behave toward customers. More

After I bought the car my contact with them seemed to be an inconvenience on their part. I was taking up their time. I sat in their showroom one day for almost two hours after I was told someone would help me. THEN finally a man on the podium said he would help me as a special favor even though they usually did not do that type of paperwork on a Saturday. However, the first person I talked to took a paper he needed and walked away. They still owe me a partial refund from a purchase almost A YEAR AGO. They do not return phone calls and REALLY don't care. Never again! Am I just making this up? My name is Paul Cross. My phone number is 520-797-7026. I am still waiting for my partial refund! By the way, don';t bother calling the Autonation headquarters in Florida. They only have a computer that gives you voicemails. No real people to talk to. Yes, the price was good on the car. After that I am not sure if it was worth it. More
Service department is deceitful We bought our Sonata here and it went well. My complaint is about the service department. When we brought our Sonata in for periodic maintenance, We bought our Sonata here and it went well. My complaint is about the service department. When we brought our Sonata in for periodic maintenance, the service advisor recommended the "standard" maintenance. I agreed, assuming that meant the items in the Hyundai service manual. NOT! I should have made them spell out what was going to be done, but after getting home and looking through the bill I realized they had added a "throttle body service" for $65 that doesn't appear anywhere in the Hyundai maintenance schedule. I called back and complained to our advisor (SM), who just told us they add that in because they think it is useful. In other words, it is a profit-item scam to soak the customer. I left a message with the service manager but never heard back. If they don't care any more than that about treating customers fairly, I will find another place to service my Sonata, and another place to buy my next car. More
want to waste your time while being lied to After I found the car on Autotrader, contacted them and went to the dealership to test drive I then spent a week negotiating with the team at Autonati After I found the car on Autotrader, contacted them and went to the dealership to test drive I then spent a week negotiating with the team at Autonation and was on my way to the dealership for an appointment I made that day when they told me they had sold the car. Within that week I had also spent hours of my own time researching the car since they knew nothing about the Prius that they were selling on their lot. Today I spoke with Matt and he informed me that the car had left the lot but if I wanted to move forward with the deal they would get the car back on the lot and I could come finish the sell when I got off work. He called me at the same time I was on my way to the dealership and told me it had sold and then had the audacity to ask me if that was the only car I was interested in, at which time I told him I was done with that dealership and I hope this honest review helps you to avoid the same lies and run around I received. Perfect Car Buying Experience! I never thought I would utter those words when purchasing a car. If I could, I would shout it from the rooftops, but due to my fear of heights I will review online. All of the myths, perceptions and stereotypes of car salesmen quickly were dispelled when I met Dan. I had done my research on Dealers and Salesmen and luckily happened upon Dan. I was direct and assertive in sharing my specific needs and budget with him and in his nonplussed, professional style he confidently assured me he would make me a great deal. I immediately sensed that his word was his bond and throughout the process, his ongoing communication confirmed that belief. He was truly my advocate and went to bat for me with his General Manager, Kevin Deporter, without having to burden me with those back and forth conversations. When the day was done, I had the deal I requested, and it was a seamless process. He was upfront about the time commitment and the paperwork process in finalizing the sale-assuring me his Financial Services Manager, Tedd Steele, would be efficient and understand my needs. Tedd was clear in outlining the options and more than responsive to my viewpoint. Customer Service was the name of the game-and there was nothing scary or slick about the process. Once again, Dan did not sell me a “bill of goods”, rather he delivered on his promise. Dan spent a generous amount of time teaching me the ins and outs of my technologically equipped vehicle so it was comprehensible to me-giving me lots of additional helpful hints over and above the basics. I felt like I was his only customer-never rushed. He should have been a teacher-his examples were clear and he gave me ample time to practice-and told me I could call anytime with follow up questions. I know this review sounds over the top-but no one was more surprised than me-to have a GRATIFYING auto buying experience from a man who knows his business (of 22+ years) and more importantly his CUSTOMER. I can’t say enough about Dan-and Autonation Hyundai of Tempe. More
Unfortunate experience Not a good experience with this group. Don't need to get into the whole mess, just a bad experience from beginning to the end. Not a good experience with this group. Don't need to get into the whole mess, just a bad experience from beginning to the end. More
Not again..... Once again we dealt with this dealers service department and it wasn't good. Brought the car in for oil change and bad door speaker in a 2012 Veloster Once again we dealt with this dealers service department and it wasn't good. Brought the car in for oil change and bad door speaker in a 2012 Veloster. Speaker was fixed, oil change good, but when we picked up the car it had a flat tire. It wasn't flat when we dropped it off. Had to pay $177 to get a new tire. Two days later the tire was flat in the garage. Took it too Discount and they said the valve was not screwed all the way in, nice..... Leak was slow. This is our third time here and each time there has been issues. Maybe time to sell this Hyundai and get a Scion TC since Toyota knows how to take care of their customers and their work is much better... Think twice people about this dealership... Three strikes and they're out in our book... More

I was taking it in every month trying to get it repaired. I finally bit the bullet after a year of the same problem. I had been working with David Aldrich in the Service Department for about a month. He was very helpful and did whatever he could to make my visits convenient and efficient. After I gave up on my car, I stopped by the dealership and David introduced me to Tye Heinrichs. Tye was straightforward right from the start. He was able to get the numbers down so I could get into a brand new 2014 Elantra (a thought that had never even occurred to me). There were no haggling games. Because this was my first time buying a brand new car, I was very indecisive and intimidated by the idea of it. Tye was extremely patient while I was trying to make up my mind on which color I wanted. He reassured me he just wanted me to be happy with my new vehicle. Greg Krause, the Finance Director, made my paperwork an absolute breeze. He was very kind and understanding. Everyone at this dealership is so friendly and truly cares about your satisfaction. I would highly recommend working with David for service and Tye for sales. I will definitely continue to go to AutoNation Hyundai Tempe in the future. More
