The sales staff were friendly, however too much haggling for getting a fair trade value and I settled $800 short which I regret. The dealer listed my trade for resale almost $4k more than they gave. They also kept on the $1200 of dealer added fees of dent and appearance protection which made up form them “coming down on the inflated sales price”, and they told me they were losing $1200 on the sale to me. Car was mostly clean on the inside, but I had to put air in 3 tires on my brand new car the next day as they were below psi standard of 33 when I left the lot that night. Again Staff friendly, but detail issues with tires and needed some additional hair vacuumed out in the passenger seat. The car was driven down from Prescott so had 170 miles on it. I am not sure I would purchase here again based on the overall experience. More
