Horrible Experience - Unethical & No Integrity This was by far the worst car buying experience I have ever had. I will never buy a car from them again and hope this helps others. My wife and I boug This was by far the worst car buying experience I have ever had. I will never buy a car from them again and hope this helps others. My wife and I bought a used car from here. We called ahead of time and told them the exact car we were interested in. We get there and they don't have the car ready. I said I want to buy the car and the sales guy asked if I could come back tomorrow because it was an hour before they closed and paperwork would take awhile. What kind of sales guy says this? We bought the car because it was a good deal but would pay more for better service. It was late and by the time I reviewed the paperwork the next day, I found they charged me an extra $295 for window tinting when that was a listed item in the original price of the car. I even discussed this with the sales guy Daniel at the dealership before purchasing the car too. I called several times and they gave me the run around and said it's extra. Ironically they "lost" the piece of paper that listed this as a feature and Daniel "didn't recall" having the conversation with me. It took them just about a week to get me an answer and concluded with they will not reimburse me the money and that I was wrong. It is also conveniently past the 3 day money back guarantee return. This is unacceptable and shows their awful customer service. This amount of money is negligible in relation to the price of the car but it's the Principal behind it. A true testament to their dishonest business practices. I hope this review stops everyone from buying a car from them and saves you from unethical business. More

I started on the internet with him in an unusual circumstance as I was 15,000 miles away in Asia dealing with a loss of family member. He gave me the best attention and pricing of all the other dealers in the same area that sold this brand of vehicle. Once I agreed over the internet to purchase the vehicle he even took the car off the sale lot so it was there when I returned, as it was the only one in the color I wanted, equipped the way I wanted it. He did not bother me after this while I was out of the country, for almost 2 weeks, and then sent me a simple e-mail when he knew I was flying back to America to let me know that my new car was still waiting for me at the dealership. I was as impressed with his service when I arrived at the dealership and the entire transaction went very smoothly. I will surely return for all of my services and any warranty work, if need be, and I live almost 150 miles away for the dealer. Thank you very much Dan as well as the kind lady in the finance department that took care of all the paperwork signing. Great dealership and staff. More
