The experience was excellent until the finance portion I was given the hard sell on the warranty. It is unfortunate because had a less insulting and aggressive approach been taken I may have purchased the warranty. My friend had someone else (a female) who she loved. The and got what sounded like more options. It is unfortunate because that tainted my entire experience. I was reluctant to complete this survey because I have spent the past few weeks waiting for one of the terrible this the finance guy says can happen to my car to happen. Best ever I went prepared to buy, but I was not trading, as I was giving my current 2013 Tucson to my daughter for her and my grandson's use.
