Car Shopping made easy I came in to test drive a sonata, but ended up driving one off the lot. I was greeted by the agent that helped and she was friendly and attentive the I came in to test drive a sonata, but ended up driving one off the lot. When it came down to the financials, she gave me room to breath without even thinking about it, and that's what made a huge impact on me. I have been to other dealerships before and all they care about is making a sale. Ashley wanted to make sure that I got what I wanted. At one point once the actual purchase took place she turned to look at me and said, "Congratulations!" and told me how excited she was, and that I was going to love my car. Purchasing a car takes a while, so we were in the lobby for a bit, and a lot of the staff inquired about my purchase and thanked me for choosing them. I was taken to (i forgot her name, but she goes over the bluelink service) and she was super pleasant and very thorough about the technology in the car. Finance was a breeze and the gentleman in there, Tony I believe, was a pleasure to talk to and made everything super easy. I am glad i went to Autonation, and they have restored my faith that purchasing a car, isnt as hard as other people have experienced. I will recommend this crew, and be back for normal routine maintenance with my car with them. More
