Not a good experience. They charged me $104 for a service i never asked for and charged me $400 for a diagnosis and never made a single repair. I took my car another dealership and they could not find the problem that they identified and tried to charge me an additional $700 for. I feel like they tired to take complete advantage. More

It was Good and some bad . The busted windshield was one thing but I went to pick up my Jeep and Eddie tells me there is only one key -bad deal . They could have gotten that fixed while it was still there . I'm getting two different stories on the key !! Not buying that ! The previous owners might or might not have the key what ever . A red flag to me . My time is worth money . This should have been taken care of and I shouldn't have to pay for it at all . My time and getting back and forth - Lyft rides is worth MONEY TO ME !! More
