My service advisor, Richard Hoffman, is always courteous and professional. However, during my oil change, either the tech or the parts man used the wrong oil in my ZL1. Luckily, I'm the kind of customer tha and professional. However, during my oil change, either the tech or the parts man used the wrong oil in my ZL1. Luckily, I'm the kind of customer that trusts but verifies. This should not happen if you use the VIN to get the correct oil.
