Establishment clean, plenty of workers, not overcrowed, confortable. Free coffee is always welcomed. I came in with a good pre-approval from my bank so I cannot comment on their credit experience. Salesman Echavaria equally professional and respectful. I give the overall experience 5 out 5. I live in Kendall, 25 miles away, and if needed, I would not hesitate to travel to this location for future service or to shop again. Keep up the good work guys

I was buying long distance so he sent me videos of the car and made sure I could get answers to all of my questions. The car was priced fairly and the negotiation was easy with no pressure.
