I came in with a good pre-approval from my bank so I cannot comment on their credit experience. Salesman Echavaria equally professional and respectful. I give the overall experience 5 out 5. I live in Kendall, 25 miles away, and if needed, I would not hesitate to travel to this location for future service or to shop again. Keep up the good work guys More

Front start to finish, the process of buying my 2020 BMW was seamless. Jorge was attentive and communicated clearly and promptly.
