Truck was not there had to leave a $500 deposit to have it brought thdept would take most of ere in the next morning. Sales person had told me not to worry about that , as the finance guy would take most of it OFF. he only took off $131.00 by my calulating . Also many ? unansered at time of sale . 1 was an oil change ever done ,no record of Autonation Miami was available 2 where is the 2nd KEY to the vehicle ,AT autonation Miami ?? Sales person says he will look into it and get back to me. No further contact with me Several calls and emails later HE has made no contact. with me Im forced to buy a key through a LOCKSMITH.. $101.00 This is a very unsatisfactory sale experience for me, the truck is good Thank god.. Not a terrible transaction but FINANCE TAKE TOO LONG! I walked in knowing what vehicle I wanted and after a test drive I said"tell me how much" At that point it should have been quick but finance just t I walked in knowing what vehicle I wanted and after a test drive I said"tell me how much" At that point it should have been quick but finance just takes too xxxx long.
