I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at Autonation. Despite being a loyal customer who has purchased four new trucks from them and consistently brought my vehicles in for service, I was at Autonation. Despite being a loyal customer who has purchased four new trucks from them and consistently brought my vehicles in for service, I was met with subpar service and a lack of integrity. My recent warranty repair experience was a complete disappointment. The manager and service advisor failed to return my calls, and after four days, my truck remained unrepaired and undiagnosed. The appointment was a waste of time, and I feel misled by the service advisor's false claim that the tech was working on my truck. My alarm system keeps track of all actions send to my truck via an aftermarket application, it showed the truck was locked the day I dropped it off and never touched. I will not be returning to Autonation for any future purchases or services. The lack of communication, poor service, and dishonesty have eroded my trust in the dealership. I advise others to explore alternative options for their automotive needs. More
