When I got there, I was, to say the least, very disappointed to find out how much the cost for an oil change had increased since my last one. I then found out that it would be at least 4 hours to disappointed to find out how much the cost for an oil change had increased since my last one. I then found out that it would be at least 4 hours to complete the oil change even tho I Had an appointment. Well, I didn't really have much choice but to wait in the customer waiting room only to find out the TV was not working or anything else to do but look at the walls. I should mention that this was not the fault of my service manager Michael. I am happy to say that when My service was finally completed, 4 1/2 hours later, the service Manager Danny, (I don't know his last name), approached me and made me the happiest customer ever. I won't get into details on how he did that, but he went WAY FAR ABOVE anything he could or had to do. Thanks to him, I will continue to be a customer for life. More
