Service took over 8hours after being promised it would be ready in less than 2hours for only an oil change. Called several times and no one ever answered. I directly called the advisor that had took care of ready in less than 2hours for only an oil change. Called several times and no one ever answered. I directly called the advisor that had took care of me when dropping off my vehicle and he would not answer. I called more than 15 times in 2 hours only for them to call me and tell me it will be ready soon. Very unorganized, unprofessional, and no communication at all. Very disappointed. More

The dealership is ok I had to wait 7 hours on Saturday morning. I was from 7:20 am til 2:35 pm only for brakes.
