My experience buying a new Giulia was the smoothest ever. George and Vo made the entire transaction go really well. The sales folks are nice, but nothing gets done as promised. First car I was contracted to buy was sold to another customer. Ordered second car and it took 11 months for delivery (might be Alfa/supp promised. First car I was contracted to buy was sold to another customer. Finance guy sold me a set of 4 oil changes for my Alfa, and was later told by service that those oil changes are for lesser Stellantis vehicles. Was promised loaner cars by sales for times my car would be in for service. Service guy says, we only have 3 loaners, and because you have a Quadrifoglio, it will likely be with us for weeks and you won't get one. We have to give the loaners to people who's cars get turned around faster - translation, you spent more, so you get less. xxx?!?!?! I don't expect special treatment, but I do expect same treatment. They did agree to get me a rental, but that is still pick up and drop off somewhere else. Takes 6+ weeks to get a service appointment. Service department severely understaffed to the point they are frustrated and end up taking it out on customers (I get it... but still not acceptable). I'm not confident they take customers seriously. More

The service advisors are great in person, they understood the issues with my Giulia and provided appropriate service. However trying to reach service advisors on the phone is very difficult at this dealershi the issues with my Giulia and provided appropriate service. However trying to reach service advisors on the phone is very difficult at this dealership. Nobody reaches out to you on their own to give you an update on your car. You always have to call towards the end of the day to find the status. When you call, you will always get the automated system, you hold for several minutes and your call will never get picked by a service advisor. Only way that it worked for me was to leave a callback number and message on the automated system. Some phone operator replied to the callback and then put me on hold to check the status of my car with the service advisor. I don't know how busy they are but I never had this much difficultly reaching service advisors at other dealerships. This time they didn't offer any shuttle, loner, or rental car. Other than that the service itself was good. More
