I took the car for the factory required 20K service. I was promised that Dealership would do their best to provide a loaner car. On my previous 10K service date, even though there was no loaner car avai I was promised that Dealership would do their best to provide a loaner car. On my previous 10K service date, even though there was no loaner car available, I was offered a rental car which Auto Nation paid for. Dealership arranged a ride to the rental car. On the day of service Jan 12th, I was informed there would not be any loaner car available till mid-March by a very unprofessional manager named Samer. He also told me that I need to figure out my own ride or rent a car with no estimated pickup time. They did not offer a call or ride to the rental car, so I had to walk half a mile in the rainstorm to the rental myself and wait for an hour only to be informed they only have exotic cars available that day. My expectation from the Auto Nation was to at least a phone to rental car company to see if any car was available or at least inform me before my appointment that I need to make other arrangements. Overall, I had a very bad experience with this service, and I am very unhappy with dealership customer service. More
I see someone said that Samer is great. I would question that. The car was dropped off Friday morning, today is Tuesday , I haven't heard a word from a person who is called an 'advisor'. Samer as an employee helping and advising his clients deserves no less than 5 stars. The one star here is for the way the company operates post selling. My stelvio is 2018 and had issues from day 1. Gilmore on the other end, was the worst of the worst both on service and way I was treated. More

I decided to get a Stelvio Quadrifoglio after a "trial" with a Stelvio, which I had leased from the same dealership, so I am a returning customer. I reserved the car a few months back, and it came in ahead with a Stelvio, which I had leased from the same dealership, so I am a returning customer. I reserved the car a few months back, and it came in ahead of time, exactly as specified as far as color, features, etc. This time I purchased it. The transaction was very smooth and quick. Minor problems were solved without any significant action on my part, which I appreciated. I am happy I could return the lease ahead of schedule and get the new car right away. The car was ready on time and in top shape. Everybody was nice and responsive. More

Our sales representative from Stevens Creek Alfa Romeo was Kyle Meiininger was outstanding in every way, he took his time and went over every option on the car. He made sure that all the functions , cell phones , radio , safety features are the way we want them. George the manager of the this dealership went out of his way to greet us several times. Recently I went back to the parts department to check out their accessories not too many add-on accessories but the two boys that waited on me bent over backwards trying to take care of all my needs that I wanted to add to the car.
