I've made numerous attempts to resolve this matter by reaching out to George Dieck, Vo Ma, Samad Mohammed, and Dominic D'Aurizio, but unfortunately, I haven't received satisfactory assistance so far. They either fail to respond or make promises to get back to me without following through. Furthermore, during the purchase process, I encountered another problem with Samad Mohammed. Despite pointing out errors in my email address multiple times, he failed to correct it. As a result, I had to manually rectify this information with both my bank account and the Alfa Romeo service system, which caused me a great deal of trouble and inconvenience to later correct them.
