We were greeted warmly upon our arrival at the dealership by Joe. We already knew that we were interested in the MDX, and he was sure to walk us through the car on the showroom floor. We went out for a test drive and when we told him what we wanted to pay (based on pricing we had received from another dealer) he was able to accommodate our request, without a lot of back-and-forth with the finance guys that we had experienced at other dealerships. The paperwork was quick and the process was seamless. We love our new car and Joe was a pleasure to work with.
