On my first visit I had a salesman who was very polite, but I could not understand his speech due to a heavy accent he had, so on my second visit I requested another salesman. We got Steve who was excellent, knew his product very well, and was able to answer all our questions and was quite helpful in explaining what we wanted to know. I felt that I was treated with respect throughout the transaction, and although I think the trade-in value of my car was worth more than the dealer gave me, I did agree to the final price. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and tried to be helpful, which made our interactions very pleasant. More
Although I was apprehensive going to a "Highway" dealership, I was very satisfied with everything about my experience. You had inventory, so I could really check out different models, had the actual vehicle equiped as I would have ordered it, on your property, my sales person was knowledgable and very pleasant, and even the "closer" who's name I can't remember was great. This, even despite the fact I had my nephew with me who sells Buicks and who got pretty agressive with the "closer" in my opinion. All in all my experience could not have been better and actually changed my long held opinion of highway dealerships for the better. More

The experience was pleasurable, I just think we could have gotten a better deal for the car we purchased.
