I feel that my time at AutoLand was excellent. The sales department was exceptional. David Lutz was my saleman and he showed me all the possible cars I could get in my price range. He also let me look around on my own and was available for any questions I had. The only minor issue I had was when I went to get my car serviced. I only went in for a simple oil change (at 7:30am on a Saturday) and I was there for about 2-2.5 hours. I don't feel that if I was there that early in the morning I should have gotten my car back much sooner. More

I bought a certified car on Saturday but went back to buy instead. Brand new car. I called my salesman to hold the paper works and he showed he the papers in his hand on Monday morning so the sales manager a instead. Brand new car. After few minutes the sales manager rudely scratch the new deal because he will not make profit enough. He even threatened me legal charges if I will not take home the used vehicle.
