The dealing with the price of the new vehicle, our trade-in, the way your personnel handled getting us a vehicle from another location (since the color we wanted was not in stock) was simply amazing. No pressure was applied upon us to buy a vehicle. I tested drove a couple of your vehicles and not once was the Salesman in a hurry to make us buy a vehicle, or in a hurry to get rid of us. I went to Autoland to turn in my 2010 RAV4 and pick out a new car to lease. I was so satisfied with my 2010 RAV4 that it was suggested that I test drive the 2013.
