I dropped my Prius off for the 5000 mile checkup. Service department was clean. Attitude of the workers was pleasant. I was pleasantly surprised that I purchased a 2013 Toyota Highlander onJuly 25. I had just started my search for a new vehicle. I had a Honda odyssey for 10 years and was very satisfied. However, I did not really like the design of their pilot. I reviewed the consumer report magazine , comparing several different models. The Highlander was a recommended vehicle. I was greeted by Jean Rock DUCHEINE at AUTOLAND . He was a gentleman and allowed me to roam the showroom with my friend with no pressure. I was able to compare styles and features on my own. When I had questions, he was able to help me with that. I was able to test drive a Limited Highlander. It was a pleasure to be able to make an important decision without the stress. I was impressed with the friendly, professional staff who made this purchase so nice.
