This is the 3rd car I've purchased from Autoland and I wouldn't go to any other dealership. Everyone is customer service oriented and very attuned to my needs. I walk out knowing I've gotten the best I wouldn't go to any other dealership. Everyone is customer service oriented and very attuned to my needs. Whether it's Sales or Service we always have a very positive experience when we visit Autoland in Springfield. Most people know that trying to buy a new car, or having your car serviced very often can positive experience when we visit Autoland in Springfield. Most people know that trying to buy a new car, or having your car serviced very often can be a very negative experience. Not so at Autoland. I would (and do) recommend this dealership to Family, Friends, Neighbors and Associates. They go out of their way to accommodate their customers... Bravo to Autoland!!! More

This is my second car from this dealership and I can tell you that each time I had an outstanding experience. The employees are attentive and very professional, yet they make you feel at ease while they sha you that each time I had an outstanding experience. The employees are attentive and very professional, yet they make you feel at ease while they share their expertise with you. Buying a car is a harrowing experience for me but they take the anxiety away with their overall friendliness, customer service and efficiency. Jean Roc was charming, knowlegeable and answered all our questions (my wife and and adult daughter had lots of them). The staff on site were friendly and courteous. The four followup phone calls from vari questions (my wife and and adult daughter had lots of them). The staff on site were friendly and courteous. I purchased a 2013 Prius C from Autoland in September of 2013. The first red flag I saw was the fact that they add "dealer options" to the car for $600. These option included a racing stripe decal and some 2013. The first red flag I saw was the fact that they add "dealer options" to the car for $600. These option included a racing stripe decal and some moldings on the door edges. I got that knocked down by having them totally remove the racing stripe. After negotiating, I got a price that I wanted and an ok (not great) offer on my trade in. I also made sure that the salesman provided me with the full price that I was going to be paying for the car. This was key and everyone should do this. After that, I got to speak with the finance manager. His name is Billy Negron. The first thing that he did was claim that the APR on my loan was 1% higher than I had been told earlier. He claimed that no one had told him that it had changed. I then asked him what the total value that I was financing was. It was about $800 more than the purchase order that I had from the salesman said. I asked him what the discrepancy was and he told me that there was a $799 "dealer prep fee" on the car. At that point I was ready to walk out and not buy the car. He went out and "talked" to someone and then this fee magically disappeared. After that I went through the normal rigmarole of maintenance plans and warranties. I was at the dealer for a total of 3.5 hours. If you are going to buy something from Autoland, be careful as they try to basically steal money from people that are not vigilant. I would really go to any other Toyota dealer over them. If you do end up going here, make sure that you go over everything to make sure they are not hiding the fact that they are adding fees (apparently for no reason). More
