I purchased a 2013 Prius C from Autoland in September of 2013. The first red flag I saw was the fact that they add "dealer options" to the car for $600. These option included a racing stripe decal and some moldings on the door edges. I got that knocked down by having them totally remove the racing stripe. After negotiating, I got a price that I wanted and an ok (not great) offer on my trade in. I also made sure that the salesman provided me with the full price that I was going to be paying for the car. This was key and everyone should do this. After that, I got to speak with the finance manager. His name is Billy Negron. The first thing that he did was claim that the APR on my loan was 1% higher than I had been told earlier. He claimed that no one had told him that it had changed. I then asked him what the total value that I was financing was. It was about $800 more than the purchase order that I had from the salesman said. I asked him what the discrepancy was and he told me that there was a $799 "dealer prep fee" on the car. At that point I was ready to walk out and not buy the car. He went out and "talked" to someone and then this fee magically disappeared. After that I went through the normal rigmarole of maintenance plans and warranties. I was at the dealer for a total of 3.5 hours. If you are going to buy something from Autoland, be careful as they try to basically steal money from people that are not vigilant. I would really go to any other Toyota dealer over them. If you do end up going here, make sure that you go over everything to make sure they are not hiding the fact that they are adding fees (apparently for no reason). More

I dropped my Prius off for the 5000 mile checkup. Service department was clean. Attitude of the workers was pleasant. My experience at my last dealer for my Mazda was repeatedly not good. So far, Autoland Toyota is off to a good start. More

I was pleasantly surprised that I purchased a 2013 Toyota Highlander onJuly 25. I had just started my search for a new vehicle. I had a Honda odyssey for 10 years and was very satisfied. However, I did not really like the design of their pilot. I reviewed the consumer report magazine , comparing several different models. The Highlander was a recommended vehicle. I was greeted by Jean Rock DUCHEINE at AUTOLAND . He was a gentleman and allowed me to roam the showroom with my friend with no pressure. I was able to compare styles and features on my own. When I had questions, he was able to help me with that. I was able to test drive a Limited Highlander. It was a pleasure to be able to make an important decision without the stress. I was impressed with the friendly, professional staff who made this purchase so nice. To Jean Rock, Billy from finance, and the staff who prepped by new vehicle, I say "THANK YOU" I would highly recommend AUTOLAND and give you a 10!!!! More
Horrible service my car was repair yet with many other damage things like for example scratches to loose parts also falling broken parts that had nothing to do w the repair I had to make 3 trips so I can damage things like for example scratches to loose parts also falling broken parts that had nothing to do w the repair I had to make 3 trips so I can solve this matter n yet I'm completely un satisfied overall they do a Mickey Mouse job specially if they c you young and Being a young lady that unfortunately went to this dealer to pay for a Jeep cash! I hope I never have to go there it was a nightmare! More
