I was pleasantly surprised that I purchased a 2013 Toyota Highlander onJuly 25. I had just started my search for a new vehicle. I had a Honda odyssey for 10 years and was very satisfied. However, I did not really like the design of their pilot. I reviewed the consumer report magazine , comparing several different models. The Highlander was a recommended vehicle. I was greeted by Jean Rock DUCHEINE at AUTOLAND . He was a gentleman and allowed me to roam the showroom with my friend with no pressure. I was able to compare styles and features on my own. When I had questions, he was able to help me with that. I was able to test drive a Limited Highlander. It was a pleasure to be able to make an important decision without the stress. I was impressed with the friendly, professional staff who made this purchase so nice. To Jean Rock, Billy from finance, and the staff who prepped by new vehicle, I say "THANK YOU" I would highly recommend AUTOLAND and give you a 10!!!! More

The dealing with the price of the new vehicle, our trade-in, the way your personnel handled getting us a vehicle from another location (since the color we wanted was not in stock) was simply amazing. No pressure was applied upon us to buy a vehicle. I tested drove a couple of your vehicles and not once was the Salesman in a hurry to make us buy a vehicle, or in a hurry to get rid of us.
