I purchased 2 Toyota vehicles at Autoland 10 years ago. The cars have been phenomenal and never experienced serious issues since the maintanance was kept up. I returned this time around for a new 4Runner and worked with Jamal, Mike Jr, Peter (sales Mgr) and Frank (finance). Jamal is the ultimate professional - friendly, kind, and took the time to explain all the questions and concerns my husband and I had. The entire staff did a nice job but dealing with Mike Jr and Jamal are the reasons I would recommend Toyota to freinds and relatives. Liz Rodriguez More

From the minute we walked into Autoland Toyota, to the minute we left, we were treated with Respect and a Regality that we never experienced in any other dealership before. We never felt rushed, persuaded or any of the other bad feelings you'd normally feel when your out shopping at the majority of other Dealerships. Our sales person was, courteous and considerate and so was the entire staff. We purchased a 2013 Camry XLE loaded and were ecstatic with the price, color and everything else included. We live in southern N.J. which is about an 1 hour and a half ride, but it was absolutely worth the trip. My hats off to a dealership that really cares about their consumers!!! More

Autoland sales rep were very friendly, informative, not pushy, very patient with me due to the fact that I did not know what car I wanted. He said these cars are excellent and they sell them selves just "test drive them" He was right, I choose a 2013 Highlander Se and I love my car. Its amazing, its fully loaded and its a good running vehicle. The financial aspect went very smoothly, I drove home with my brand new car. Your staff in Autoland are very professional, caring human beings. They roll out the red carpet for you, I felt like a valued cusomer. Dealership has good customer service, however my car appraisal took over 2 hours, and the appraised amount was tremendously lower that what it should have been, especially since I got an email that said appraisal took over 2 hours, and the appraised amount was tremendously lower that what it should have been, especially since I got an email that said my car was in HIGH DEMAND. Became increasingly unsatisfied with my visit to this dealership, especially since it took over two hours just to get my vehicle appraised! In the meantime, they were trying to sell me a car, which I said I was not interested in doing, until I got the appraised value! More

Mervin greeted us, the minute we walked in, with a smile. He asked us a few questions before proceeding with a sale and was not very pushy. Although it was getting late, Sam was very patient with us and answered every question we had relating the different options of warranty for our vehicle. He answered every question we had regarding the paperwork we had to sign. Humberto was very thorough with showing us step by step on how to use every feature our new RAV4 was equipped with. He even followed up with a phone call a few days later to ask if we had any questions, he will be available to answer. Overall experience was great and because of friendly staff, we recommend Autoland to family and friends. More
Good dealership, just 2 things that bugged me. I was there looking at vehicles about 1.5 years ago and when I was ready to lease a Toyota Camry, I call my insurance to see how much the insurance would b there looking at vehicles about 1.5 years ago and when I was ready to lease a Toyota Camry, I call my insurance to see how much the insurance would be and after I give my insurance agent the VIN number, she tells me that it is a 2011 Camry NOT a 2012 Camry. I told that to the sales person and he kept insisting it was a 2012. YOU MAKE THE DECISION AS TO WHO WAS RIGHT. I then buckled at purchasing the vehicle and kept giving them reasons why not to buy...one of them the "actuality" of the model year, and the Manager angrily comes to me and tells me how much you do you want to lease it for? I just give him a number of $250/month....and he goes and writes on a little paper that if he gets me the vehicle at this price that I would agree to buy it. I reluctantly replied that I WILL NOT SIGN your little made up contract, and told him to see if he could get me that price. He got mad that I did not sign his agreement and that he cannot give me a deal until I sign his little paper. UNBELIEVABLE TACTICS!!!! More
