The problem was solved The issues were resolved, the car felt lighter after checking the tracking. The waiting room was pleasant with the TV, beverages and food. I have always been more than satisfied with your customer service team and mechanics. Because the car is serviced at regular intervals, I usually wait while work is performed. That you have coffee, bagels & spreads as well as places to plug in and work remotely is a nice, and much appreciated, touch. On the occasions when service lasts more than an hour, I have taken advantage of your transport service to drive me to my office. I find this amenity particularly helpful. You get an unequivocal 5-Star Rating with a special nod to Gwen who is very pleasant and thorough. More
