Never Again! Terrible Terrible service! I would give zero stars if I could. My daughter ran over a pothole in her Scion (which is in my name) and damaged two tire Terrible Terrible service! I would give zero stars if I could. My daughter ran over a pothole in her Scion (which is in my name) and damaged two tires. They replaced them as per the warranty, although it took two days to get the car back. I had to Uber there to get the car. Anyway, the car felt funny as I drove it home, but as I normally drive an SUV, I thought it was because I was not used to the feel of the car. When my daughter was driving to Montclair State for her classes the next day, she felt something was wrong. On the Garden State Parkway, the car began to swerve. People were yelling out the window that her tire was coming off. She had to stop in the left lane as she could not get across the road to the shoulder. It was rush hour and she nearly got hit several times while people were beeping and yelling at her. We called Autoland service and waere told to bring the car back. After dealing with the police and The Parkway people (AAA is not allowed on The Parkway), the tire was changed and my daughter drove back to Autoland. I was very angry and let them know she could have been killed. The only thing I asked for was the $63.96 back for the tire change. They changed the tire and after they were finished, my daughter saw the tire light was on. She informed them and was told that the tire had to "adjust." Well, the next day the tire light was still on. (The fact that they let her leave with the light on after The Parkway mishap is beyond me, but I wasn't aware of it until after she got home). I called and called and finally they said to bring the car back again. I again asked for the money. Today I was told they would not give me the money for the tire change because the warranty company would not reimburse for it. I told them I didn't expect the tire warranty company to pay, but Autoland since they obviously did not put the tire on correctly. They told me she must have hit something that damaged it. I told them she said the car felt funny as soon as she drove it. I reiterated that something did not feel right when I drove it home, but wrote it off to not being familiar with the car. The service person claimed there was a hole in it. I said if that was the case, either the tire was defective or it developed the hole after coming off. He repeated they were not going to pay for it. I told him that they lost a customer when my lease is up next year. How petty! It is not the money, but what is fair. When my daughter brought the car back after the tire fell off, and related the story, no one apologized. They just looked confused and said they didn't understand why it happened. Ridiculous! They would rather lose a customer next year for a car than reimburse less than $64 for changing a tire that was either defective or not put on properly. And not even any concern that she could have been killed. Never again will I go to Autoland once this lease is up!!!!! More

Very Good Experience! I was researching for a used 2015 Toyota Sienna and found on in stock in this dealership. I emailed them to ask a few questions and I got a response r I was researching for a used 2015 Toyota Sienna and found on in stock in this dealership. I emailed them to ask a few questions and I got a response really quick. I scheduled to visually inspect the vehicle. I met with Kenny and their manager, Mike Jr. Both of them were pleasant to talk to and I was accommodated as I came to the dealership on a short notice and late than usual. The car's price was really good and condition was very good. No hidden damages and I was told to come back if I have any issues with the car. I ended up purchasing the car the same day. I have my preapproval from a different lender, they were able to work with my lender of choice. They did not force any other lender nor forced me to buy additional insurance nor warranty. I came back a few days later and the vehicle was buffed and cleaned, some issues I raised were properly taken cared of, license plates picked up and some other things on my traded vehicle that I asked for. Overall, my experience was really good compared to the other dealerships I bought vehicles from. I would highly recommend this dealership and the sales people I worked with. More

Frustrating and messed up experience Talked to Ed and John on phone and they confirmed that they have one Grey color Prius Prime Advanced available in the inventory. I drove 2 hours just Talked to Ed and John on phone and they confirmed that they have one Grey color Prius Prime Advanced available in the inventory. I drove 2 hours just to find what ED told me on phone that a grey color is in inventory was a false claim. It appears as if the guys ED, John and Jenny don't even work there and their job is to lure in customer, with whatever lies they can tell to the customers, just to bring them onsite. On top of this lie, further lied that it was sold an hour back. I had wasted my 4 hours on these lies. Save your time and don't go there, these guys are bunch of liars. More

If you have a bad credit they will approve you through their bank and charge you up to 25% interest rate. I filed a complaint against them through consumer affair. Please do yourself a favor and don't repeat the mistake I made. I tell all my friends, family, clients and coworkers not to deal with them unless they feel like throwing their money. More
