These people are very nasty.. I would have never gotten my car from them if I new they was like this... every time you call to speak to a manager you could never get in touch with one. Every time you have an issue with your car they always say the new police has change the day before. If your payment was due on the 1st of the month and you wait to pay on the 5th because of how you get pay from work, they will disable your vehicle If your date to pay was on the 1 the next day on the 2nd they turn your engine off.. They are the worst car dealer ship in Orlando/Kissimmee .. I wish I can take back my car.. if it wasn’t for my car accident I would have been still very happy with my car from Miami.. WORST DEALERSHIP EVER I DON’T RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO GET A CAR FROM THEY NASTY xxx More

My experience was horrible at this location. I spoke with Joel (sales rep) prior to driving 45 minutes from my location. He assured me that I met all requirements, and I exceeded the $1,800 monthly required Joel (sales rep) prior to driving 45 minutes from my location. I waited for an hour, test drove, then got denied for the cheapest car on the lot (Honda Fit for my daughter). Joel was confused, because I met the prerequisites. Joel wanted me to send another stub on Friday, but had no idea why. The Finance Manager was the issue! He was staring at the PC screen saying "I'm trying to justify this". Me-Justify your stupidity? What he said, didn't make sense. He couldn't figure out how to print the stub. I assisted him and he's welcome 🙂. DON'T SPEND YOUR TIME/MONEY HERE!!! I WASTED 3 HOURS. Joel said he was going into a meeting to discuss the unfair decision, and he'd call me back. Never did!!! Complete joke! Many more negative reviews on their way! Wish I could Remember the finance guys name... He was tall, black, and bearded. I had cash cash in hand, stable income, and I used my only day off. Do not ever come here! They will convince you to come, but will seriously steal your time. Time is money! I provided above their minimum financial requirements, and never received clarification on the denial. Google my name and you'll realize that I own several companies (Quickest Financial and Hammock Ridge Marketing). Marketing can either make or break a company. We have innovative approaches of handling things. The funny thing about online reviews... You can't track or get reviews deleted. You made a mistake today. This one little misshape will determine your future business. More

They will get you approved no matter what the situation they really helped me alot! After I purchased the car I took it to Toyota for a oil change and Toyota did a thorough inspection and Toyota said the car was in great shape which speaks alot about Auto Market of Florida that means they sell good pre owned cars so if your looking for a good dealer that sells good pre owned cars they are your dealer! Wouldn't recommend The sales staff, mine was Rafael, and the receptionist were great. Very helpful and sweet. But thats about the extent of the good in my experience. I've had to bring my car in what will now be 4 times to get serviced for the same issue. They tell me they fix it and then I drive an hour back home just to discover later that night they didn't actually fix anything. The first time I went in they called me 2 hours after I left to tell me that the kid who worked on my car left his phone IN MY ENGINE so I had to pull over on the highway to retrieve it. The second time they had me bring it in at 9 on a Saturday, told me it would take 3 hours and they would call me when it was done. 2:30 came and I still didn't get a call so I went back to find my car sitting in the lot and they then told me they couldn't fix the issue because they didn't have the right staff there on Saturdays. So I brought it back a third time only to find out later that night that despite having brought it in 3 times and being told the issue was fixed, it still was NOT in fact fixed. I've had this car since September 9th, it is now October 8th and I have brought the car in 3 times just to be told it was fixed and later find out it actually wasn't. When asked to speak to a manager I was told by the service staff that there was no manager. Had this car for a month and still have no headlights so I can't drive at night. They did NOT disclose the headlights issue to me when I purchased the vehicle. Would not recommend to a friend, despite how lovely sales and reception were. More
