Ever since I’ve gotten my car, my check engine light has been on my car does not start as it should and the same codes have been on my car for months I took it in. It was told oh if your car runs OK and your check engine light is on then you should be fine. No my car is not fine. There are tons of noises that are made Just to tell you the same things or not make the changes at all. I’m actually still waiting for a call from the supervisor because I paid the $95 initially they fixed one thing without fixing the other codes and then was told I had to pay the $95 again. No I went in with all the codes and there’s no reason why I should be paying the $95. Also when your car payment isn’t paid of course the car get shut off but here I am today with a current account I was out doing deliveries late night went back to my car and my car is shut off and there is no one to contact after hours. There is no emergency line or anything and now I’ve had to Uber back home. I’m having to Uber back to my car and wait until 11 AM to get my car back on and they’re not gonna probably give compensation. They’re gonna act like it was a mistake, but there is no reason why my car should be shut off when my account is current and please believe I do have the receipts of payment and a current account. More

Sold a vehicle that need so much repairs with in a month. Fast forward i paid it off when. I call to find about the title the guy I spoke with said you get it 4 to 6 weeks. No title. Her reply was oh I don't know...no I'm sorry for the misunderstanding nothing. Awful customer service. Cars come over priced with high mileage and they real quick to disable you car if don't get a payment on time. And they APR is crazy too... don't recommend to anybody not even my worst enemy More

Please do not buy a care from this place! Worst experience I’ve ever experienced. When I first got my car the control switch with out. Maybe a week or 2 later the started went out. Now here we are again, I’m out and about in 100 degrees weather when my car shut off on me. Thank God I was around someone I knew! It would crank because my card didn’t go through for $90! I never missed a payment or even been late. They don’t know how to communicate. No email, no phone call just a shut off car. Omg I haven’t even gotten to the service part! They do not fix nothing! Just a waste of time More

This place has the worst customer service I’ve ever seen in my life!! Would give zero stars if I could!! First of all, the app to make payments almost never works (I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled, installe in my life!! Would give zero stars if I could!! First of all, the app to make payments almost never works (I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled, installed in a different device and still doesn’t work), when you’re practically forced to call the payment in they want to charge a fee for processing the payment over the phone. You call and choose the “make payment” option and someone answers and says they have to call you back because there’s nobody available to take a payment, but then nobody calls you back and you have to do it all over again!! They’re truly the worst!!! More
