I purchased a 2023 Subaru Crosstrek Limited from Austin Subaru. Wow! What a great experience. I called Austin Subaru from San Antonio and asked to speak to a sales representative. Christian Page, Product S Subaru. Wow! What a great experience. I called Austin Subaru from San Antonio and asked to speak to a sales representative. Christian Page, Product Specialist/Sales rep. answered. He immediately put me at ease as we discussed what car I wanted. Christian was so helpful, knowledgeable and very patient. My Subaru was in transit and it took a couple of weeks, in the mean time he texted me to keep me in the loop. We hadn’t met yet so he sent me a short video introducing himself. By the time my car arrived and I went to pick it up , I was ready to adopt Christian and introduce him to my granddaughter. All aspects of purchasing my Subaru from start to finish was a super positive experience. Thanks so much Austin Subaru and a great job Christian Page. More

Shopped for at least six weeks for a car. Found this place and everything was perfect. We were in and out in one day. Ellen was super patient with us - friendly but professional. She had to wait several times while we discussed and it never seemed to bother her. She even stayed late to help us get set up in the car even though she had family in town. Her salesmanship was excellent. Very knowledgeable and personable yet kept things moving. Dean was extremely well detailed in his description of the financing. He was very articulate and kind. Also very little pressure yet kept things moving. Everyone else I dealt with at the dealership was also professional yet laid back. I was very pleased with my whole experience. It rated above every other dealership we went to and far above most. This is definitely a dealership at least worth visiting, and may I suggest it be at the beginning of your search as it might shorten the process greatly. More

I decided after the first Subaru taste and test drive that I could drive and buy a Subaru and be very happy. The staff, the salespeople, the financial person, in my assigned initial meeting and second meeting were wonderful. Joey Lafave is a great, well informed, very personable and reliable salesperson. Nobody pressured me to buy in any way; the experience was relaxed and pleasant--just like driving a Subaru. I can really feel the excitement of being in the Subaru culture and driving my new Subaru. Edwin listened to my criteria, took me for a test drive, answered all my questions, and never once tried to sell me the truck. I left empty handed. I went to 4 other dealerships this weekend and had a dreadful experience with each of them - pushy, slick, slimey salespeople. One guy even told me “we’ll either make our money on you or somebody else.” Not the ideal experience. So I figured I’d go back and see Edwin. The service Austin Subaru, and specifically Edwin Martinez, provided was outstanding. Exceeded expectations at every level. They were friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, professional, flexible, and willing to meet my needs. They even advocated for the bank to get me a better interest rate. The experience and level of service is unlike anything I’ve had buying a car before. I’d go back the next time I need a car. I highly recommend Austin Subaru. More
