Ariel was my advisor during a recent visit to drop off my Outback as the occupant detector sensor was going off in the passenger seat--even though there wasn't a passenger or any heavy objects on the seat. Ariel was super approachable, knowledgeable and set great standards and expectations around the turnaround time. The technician, Justin was able to resolve the issue in a timely manner. I also appreciated the customer service desk with Teresa, and how effective/efficient they were in handling my rideshare to get to/from the dealership as loaners weren't available at the time. Very pleasant experience overall!

I bought a new Outback in 2022, when I needed the long hauling capacity. I loved the car, especially its responsive acceleration. In 2025 I no longer needed the longer Outback, and traded it for a Crosstrek. I have been happy with all my dealings at Austin Subaru. They are friendly and accommodating, and easy to work with. They even provided a free Lyft ride home and back during my last service visit. I highly recommend them.

I have yet to have anything less than an exceptional experience at Austin Subaru. I brought my mom with me for my most recent appointment so we could do some shopping after. They got my service completed in half the quoted time and we enjoyed coffee and a chat while we waited. I love the dealership almost as much as I love my Outback.
