WHAT A DEALERSHIP! Though we live only a few miles from a dealership in Schertz, TX, this was well worth the trip to Austin. All along the way, interviews were held to know and understand our needs and wants. Our agent, Jade, was astounding in her tenacity to serve us. From the initial call, to her emails where she customized short videos for us while dodging rain drops, (YES! SHE DID IT IN THE RAIN!), to her focusing on speaking to my wife all along the way highlighting features that Jade knew would matter to her, Jade was the consummate professional. Jade worked to provide us with stellar service whether on her way home, while at home, and even on her day off! We felt totally valued and the customer care we received from her continued as we dealt with others at the dealership. THIS PLACE IS HAPPENING! Our final professional was the finance person who went by "Bulldog." She lived up to her nickname as she sought to make sure we totally understood the entire lease process. She LISTENED to us. NOT ONCE did we feel we were being "sold" as much as being served. WHAT A GREAT FEELING! We leased the exact vehicle my bride desired. We paid more than we ultimately expected, but to be totally fair, it was only more due to OUR adding on extras WE found value in for ourselves after Bulldog shared the features and benefits of them. In retrospect, the other dealership, though we we liked the salesman, was dead! he was the only person who tried. His support folks in the background let him down, They had their "add-on package" already added in to the price hoping we would simply accept it. They all were VERY underwhelming... This was the first time I received a call from my service rep before my appointment to explain the details. My AC wasn’t cooling efficiently. Everything I requested was taken care of perfectly, even really efficient transportation to the dealership when my vehicle was kept overnight. The last dealership I dealt with was a total nightmare (not a Subaru dealership). I love my Crosstrek and am extremely happy with the service just completed. More

I am now a happy camper :) I've been to many dealerships looking for very specific car that would fit my personal needs and budget. Been at Nissan, Toyota, Honda, Kia, Hyundai and Ford, but the dealerships looking for very specific car that would fit my personal needs and budget. Biggest shoutout to Christopher Page, he's been super friendly, responsive and professional. The atmosphere and reception is stellar. We came on a Saturday (busiest day) but even with that we were able to finalize all the paperwork extremely fast, comparing to other dealerships. I've been very direct with numbers and nobody was pushing or talking you into things that you don't need, like it usually goes, when you're buying a car. So I drove my car away happy and with the feeling of complete care and support. Thanks folks! More

Post sale, I had a couple of issues and Jack Cramer in the Service Dept. took care of them right away. From start to finish everyone there was helpful and friendly. Best dealership experience I ever had. I have bought 3 brand new and two used cars in the past from different dealerships. This time in particular we were searching for a specific car. None of my local Subaru dealerships in the DFW area wanted to help us locate or order one from the manufacturer. Austin Subaru did have one coming and they said a small deposit would guarantee us the car to be reserved for us. When we went to pick up the car, everyone treated us very professionally. The first time I did not to have to haggle with a dealership. No waste of time. The car was delivered as promised, the price we were charged was as promised. I did not mind driving the 200 miles from Dallas to Austin. More
