The Pinnacle of Integrity I brought my one week old 2020 Outback Limited XT back to Austin Subaru to get window tint and aftermarket wheels and tires installed. During the serv I brought my one week old 2020 Outback Limited XT back to Austin Subaru to get window tint and aftermarket wheels and tires installed. During the service, my car was damaged. One of the techs left the driver's side door ajar when backing the car off the lift, which snagged on a component of the lift, bending and ripping the top corner of the door. This was only the second time something like this happened in the past five years, but you have to win the reverse lottery sometimes! Austin Subaru's response to this incident was so far above and beyond that I have no words. They replaced my Outback with a brand new, identical Outback, and transferred my wheels and tires for free. This is how you make a customer for life. Good dealerships will admit fault, great dealerships will repair your car... Austin Subaru replaced the new car. This is the pinnacle of integrity in my book. This place is on another level. Shout out to my salesman, Terrence Pride, New Car Sales Manager, Eddie Hummel, and my Service Manager, Anthony Ochoa. Quick service, great customer service I brought my 2014 Forester in for a recall service. The repair was done in about an hour - much faster than I expected. Joseph Martinez (my service advisor) was very friendly and helpful. After the work was done, my other car died in the parking lot (a Toyota my wife dropped me off with). Felt like the problem was a dead battery. Joseph took me to Parts to see if a Subaru battery could replace mine - but we couldn’t be sure. He also called a service mechanic to take a quick look and try to jump-start the car. That didn’t work (the battery was shot), but I appreciated their willingness to help. Joseph assured me it’d be OK to leave my car in the parking lot overnight, if I needed to and that there is a Toyota dealer down the road if I needed to tow my car somewhere for repairs - that took a lot of pressure off me. In the end, I replaced the car battery myself and got my Toyota started and home that evening. Short of the story is that I really appreciated Joseph’s interest and helpfulness even though my problem wasn’t with my Subaru. I’ll remember his helpfulness for a long time. More

Routine Maintenance - but also a separate warranty issue Abel is always great, as is Subaru in general. I was just in for routine maintenance, but also had a tear in my seat leather. Abel let me know that it could be fixed and ordered me a new seat cover. In addition during Covid-19, I was a bit concerned about waiting inside. Everyone was on top of it, wearing masks and making sure the area was cleaned and the car was sanitized too. Great job!! More
