By the time I went to the dealership, it was just to sign final documents and to customize my Crosstrek Sport. Once I did go into the dealership, my interactions with front desk, Misty, Austin, and Kat were helpful, friendly, and genuine. I never got the feeling that I was being pushed in any direction (with warranties, extras, etc), yet they thoroughly presented my options. All in all - I couldn’t recommend this winning combination of the Costco Auto program with the great folks at this dealership. More

Christian Perez was able to work me in on a Saturday for a starter replacement even though I was not on the schedule, and the repair was completed over an hour faster than I had expected. I had explained that we needed the repair completed so my wife could travel to Kansas to join her siblings in spreading their recently deceased father's ashes. Christian went above and beyond to help us out. We discovered that the starter needed to be replaced when I was in a week earlier for service. William Heller checked me in on that day because Christian was tied up. William always does a great job as well. More

I've owned cars and had them serviced for years. Frankly, I'm not a fan of dealers from past experiences. Austin Subaru behaves differently. From making an appointment to driving away at the end, the process, the people, and the service are all very good. I loved working with Susan Moulton. Even though most of the work done was routine stuff (oil change, tire rotation, and inspection) she took care to review services provided and explain the not so routine process of updating the audio system software. I was also pleased with the time it took to get the service done. Overall, this dealership tries hard to provide an excellent experience. More
I was very pleased with the service I received at Subaru. I have two opportunities to visit the dealership service center. The first was several months ago when I noticed an issue with one of my inside light I have two opportunities to visit the dealership service center. The first was several months ago when I noticed an issue with one of my inside lights. Your service person took a quick look, noticed it needed no repair, but the issue was with the secondary bulb that was in place. There was one in stock and one he had to order. He offered to put the bulb in for me at no cost, although I declined. I was really impressed at how attentive he was (sadly I did not take note of his name). The second time I visited was the recent one. I typically don't bring my cars to the dealerships because I have had terrible experiences at dealership service departments for my Hondas. I usually have to listen to their "song and dance" about all the things wrong with the car and they quote me very expensive repairs. Then I have to ask to speak to the mechanic and say something like, "what needs to be done to fix the problem I came in with? Is the service quoted for a long-term fix that likely won't even need to be done in the next couple of year?...etc". I hate doing that. So, that is the reason I am skeptical but because I left with such a good feeling from my simple, bulb-issue visit, I thought I should visit again with the current issues on the car. Christian was great. He was patient as I explained my situation, he was respectful and kind and made me feel like I was important. In the end, he explained everything that was checked out, the cost of what I came in for, the other issues and which ones can wait, which ones should be done sooner, what the cost was, etc. I love the printed explanation and guide that is given as well. In fact, everyone I encountered that day acted professionally, respectfully and were very welcoming. I really feel as though I can trust Subaru and will continue to go for the service on my vehicle. I will say that I am still fond of Honda vehicles (which is what my family has mostly owned for many years)but because of your service department, I am considering to purchase our next vehicle from Subaru. Nice job! More
