On 11/12/2020 Subaru of Austin made a fraudulent charge to my AMEX in the amount of $60.35. However, my 2017 outback is stil not fixed and it appears that yet another issue has shown. My car is a bit more than a year old from date purchased, the issues has been on-going from day 1. I would like all issues addressed and fixed. I would also like a reimburment for the cost of an aligment; $80. If I could given less I would! Accordingly multiply people I have spoken to (including Brandon Salensky who I was told is the manager) don't care and prefer to sell me incorrect and miss leading info for a sale. More
