Fantastic Customer Service! I bought a used Subaru from another city. Drove it back to find the oil cap had been left off. Oil had covered the whole engine compartment and oil in engine was very low. I had bought it for my 16 yr old daughter's first car. I was very concerned that we had done some serious damage. Brought it into Austin Subaru and they absolutely took care of me. My service advisor, Aaron Yiu, was so empathetic and put me at ease. They spent 2-3 ours cleaning it up and testing it. He came back and said I should not have had that kind of experience with our first Subaru and had my back on the expense. I will only go to this dealership in the future for any new Subaru and know that they will have my back. More

Great service experience. Took longer than expected, but was no issue due to the loaner vehicle.
