Although Service Department was crazy busy Susan always makes you feel like you are the only one. Met and exceeded time constraints. I found Gabrielle to be Very helpful and efficient. I was surprised that the battery failed on a car with only 5500 miles, but was glad to get it replaced. surprised that the battery failed on a car with only 5500 miles, but was glad to get it replaced. More

When D'undrae presented me with the exhaustive evaluation of his technician, pronouncing the above vehicle, in short, more costly to render wholly, safely operable, than it was worth, I began immediately to collaborate with Briana Harris, to locate a used vehicle, to salvage the folly of my wishful thinking. It was not the wrong place, certainly, but the wrong time. Used inventory, affordable to me without a loan, was merely delusion. To make matters worse, again, in the impulsiveness of my optimism, in the purchase of a ticket to Austin from my home, Las Cruces, New Mexico, I placed further constraints upon the resources of Austin Subaru, , expecting to find the ideal vehicle within a week. D'undrae, first, in his thoroughness, then Briana, in her valour, pursuing every avenue possible to secure the result I favoured, however fantastical, at last, submitting even to the necessity of a loan to explore new inventory, only to find it even slimmer than used, brought me to the stark conclusion that it was not to be. Bowing my defeasance, apologetically. Both D'undrae and Briana, though, despite and still, persevered with me to ease a bitter end. The lost cause, the 2005 Forester, and the costs therewith, towing and inspection, would be defrayed in the purchase of the vehicle by the dealership. From the very beginning, my first impression, flawless, with D'undrae Harris, through to the very end, that impression sustained in the compassion, the diligence, the intrepidity of Briana Harris, with management behind them, to be sure, Austin Subaru has so vastly exceeded all that I had anticipated, without hesitation, in the future, when conditions improve, yes, from my home in Las Cruces, my first impulse would be to purchase a new vehicle from this eminently laudable dealership. Service begins where exceptions end. To all at Austin Subaru, you not only saved the day, in so gently postponing my gratification in a Subaru new to me, you also restored my faith in your industry, and in humanity. More
Diana was very professional and easy to work with. She and the dealership stood behind their word and I would definitely buy from them again. and the dealership stood behind their word and I would definitely buy from them again. More
