I cannot think of one negative thing to say about my experience with Austin Subaru. I bought my 2024 Outback in December 2023. It was stress free and they didn’t waste my time. I just had my first oil change and service, and the experience has only gotten better. I was able to bring my laptop and work with complimentary snacks in the quiet room. It barely interrupted my day at all. I have always felt uncomfortable at dealerships and feel like most of them are ripping you off. My opinion has completely turned around with my first Subaru and my experiences at Austin Subaru. I am definitely a convert and recommend them to everyone I know. More

I rarely purchase vehicles from dealers, only because I can't stand ... "the car you inquired about WAS here, but it just sold... since you're here, take a look at this." "Your payment will only be $250 per month for 6 years... add the maintenance package and you won't even notice the extra cost over 72 months... less than a few trips to Starbucks." "We have to charge you for the nitrogen in your tires, it's much better than air." I worked for a car dealer several years ago, quit after two weeks, the tactics were disgusting. Not saying they're all like that, but.... Austin Subaru is nothing like what you might expect from a stereotypical car dealer. I found a car that I really liked, and decided to give it a shot. Met with Steve Carter, no hassle, no pressure, I knew the price was fair when I walked in, he did even better than that, and everything was communicated up front, no hidden agendas. Paperwork was a breeze, vehicle was spotless when I teste drove, and they washed it again when I went back to buy it. Awesome dealership... comfortable, easy going place. Whole process from start to finish was so smooth, my faith was restored. At least here... I'll be returning when it's time to buy another. More
